Today, there is a need to teach the tough truths of scripture.  In the attempt to make the Christian faith more palatable to a culture that wants a "softer gentler Jesus", we run the danger of ignoring certain Biblical truths that may not be popular but are still just as important as they were When God revealed them to us in his Word.  The church is not to reflect the culture but rather to reprove the culture.  Though some want a Christian faith that is all sugar, Jesus taught us to be the salt of the earth.

In order to "teach the whole counsel of God" we cannot limit ourselves to those truths which are readily received.  The more unpopular some doctrines are the more needful it is to present them.  Listen to these messages with your Bible in hand. May God use these messages to build you up in the faith.
